Albania is becoming an important part of my personal and professional life.

With more than twenty years of experience in vocational education, workshops and professional development in Germany, I am interested in building practical cooperation with companies, institutions and education partners in Albania.

The focus is not on transferring German concepts unchanged. The aim is to combine experience, local knowledge and concrete needs to develop formats that create real value.

Possible topics include professional communication, self-management, digital competence, resilience, teamwork and preparation for working with international employers.

Train the Trainer & Workplace Mentoring

Practical qualification for trainers, mentors, supervisors and experienced employees who support young people in the workplace.

The focus can include training methods, feedback, motivation, workplace learning and selected principles of the German dual vocational training system.

German-Albanian Business Cooperation

Support for Albanian and German organisations that work across both countries or are preparing new partnerships.

Possible topics include workplace culture, professional expectations, intercultural communication, onboarding and cooperation within international teams.

Tourism & Hospitality Training

Training for hotels, restaurants, tourism organisations and service teams working with international guests.

Possible topics include guest communication, service standards, complaint handling, teamwork and the development of young employees and supervisors.

Medical Tourism & International Patient Service

Workshops for clinics, medical providers and service organisations supporting patients from Germany and other international markets.

The focus can include patient communication, cultural expectations, service quality, sensitive conversations and coordination throughout the patient journey.

Corporate Workshops & Retreats

Interactive workshops and development formats for companies, teams and leadership groups in Albania.

These can be delivered as individual workshops, multi-day programmes or as part of corporate retreats, combining professional development with reflection, team exchange and practical transfer.
