SELF-CARE AND WELLBEING -
Staying Healthy, Balanced and Capable of Performing
Vocational training, work, school, exams and personal responsibilities can place considerable demands on young people.

How Does the Company Benefit?
Apprentices develop a better understanding of their own needs, stress reactions and personal limits.
They learn practical ways to manage pressure, recover more effectively and maintain their ability to learn and perform.
This can support concentration, reliability and a healthier approach to demanding situations in vocational training and everyday working life.
What Makes This Workshop Different
The workshop does not present wellbeing as a collection of superficial lifestyle tips.
Self-care is explored as an interaction between sleep, movement, nutrition, recovery, relationships, personal boundaries and the way people respond to stress.
Current insights from psychology, health science and learning research are translated into realistic and practical strategies for young people.
What Apprentices Appreciate About This Workshop
Apprentices can reflect on their own wellbeing without being required to discuss private experiences.
They discover that even small changes can make a noticeable difference and that self-care does not have to be expensive, complicated or time-consuming.
The workshop offers practical exercises, honest discussion and a wide range of ideas from which participants can choose what fits their own lives.
International Perspective
Ideas about wellbeing, stress, personal boundaries and asking for support are influenced by culture, family expectations and working environments.
The workshop can therefore be adapted to the cultural and organisational context of the participants.
For international groups, it can also address the additional demands of adapting to a new country, language, workplace culture or education system and help participants develop supportive routines during periods of change.
